Here’s a little time lapse in my gym from right now. Core, upper body and stretching. I usually don’t like punching with weights, but I’m happy my workout included lots of punching 😠Now to take a cycling class on my Peloton to finish up my workout.
I’d feel even better if you spoiled me with some tips 😘
