The below exercises are to be followed in X-sets X-reps Focus on squeezing your muscle at the top of each exercise. Take your time and really develop that mind-muscle connection. 3x15- Side lateral raises 3x12- Seated shoulder press (up weight each set) 4x10- Seated bicep curl (up weight 5lbs each set) DROP SET 5x10- Hammer curl 3x12- Alternating front raise (one arm at a time) 4 sets of Steering wheels- 30 seconds a set 3x12- Bicep curls on cable straight bar 4x12- Hammer curl to shoulder press
