Let's talk back training! ❤️ When I used to train clients in person, it was crazy to me how many people neglected their back muscles. While they aren't a "visual muscle" so to speak, they're very important for overall balance as well as the safety of your core. The mind/muscle connection makes training back a little tougher, but with the right focus, you can get a really good connection and build a strong back. A good rule of thumb is to always remember to squeeze your shoulder blades together, or at least try to, on every exercise. Let's build that back y'all! ✨
