

Workin' hard or hardly workin' 😏 A lot of you have been asking me what my typical workout split is. So, here is an idea! Keep in mind, I do change it up if my goals change, and I'm not saying this is the perfect split for you. But this is an idea on what I do! 💫 Monday - Lower body 💫 Tuesday - Shoulders/arms 💫 Wednesday - Off 💫 Thursday - Back 💫 Friday - Lower body Cardio 4-5x per week. Usually in the form of stair master, treadmill or cycling outside. I have found this to be the perfect split for me. When I was competing, things changed up a lot, mainly with cardio and my diet. But I have always had good luck with 4/5 days in the gym. Even 3 days a week has proven to be a good maintenance amount for me if I adjusted down a day. What is your weekly routine like?! ❤️
