I spent many hours on the stairmaster, sometimes with resistance bands around my knees focusing on squeezing my glutes and contracting. Bikini competitions are very often won or lost on glute development. If you haven't tried that, give it a try! It doesn't need to be a very heavy resistance band but it does make a very dramatic difference! 2021 is off and going! Hopefully you're working on those goals! 💫
