Added 2024-05-06 12:51:17 +0000 UTCIt was a tough week and especially the last night was really rough. One of the pregnant mares had 6 day Overtime. Last night the foal finally came out. But her Head wasn’t in right position. It’s blocked her own way out and the mare wasn’t able to push it out on her own.
I pulled over an hour on this little fellow. We have almost lost the mare and the foal. My arms were like pudding.
You can’t imagine the instant mental relief when the body finally came out of her. And it was much harder for the mare, she was so weak after that. But now they are strong and healthy, they are eating and the little one is running around 😊
