Naked Stretching on the Beach, Part 4: In the final segment of the stretching series, the focus is on the legs. There is a strong emphasis on hamstring and inner thigh stretches as these muscles require the most flexibility during sex. Later this week I’ll stitch all four parts together into one, 30 minute, full body stretching routine. Doing this routine at least 3 times each week will greatly increase your fluidity of movement and your level of comfort when rolling around in bed 😉
