-yesterday i went on a **scavenger hunt** hehe.. well, okay...

-yesterday i went on a **scavenger hunt** hehe.. well, okay. maybe not. i woke up and didn't have time to eat so i went to pick up some food before i left. i ended up forgetting my wallet and having to go back... but it was my friend's wedding shower and they needed black table cloths! so i said i'd pick em up last minute and ended up having to go to *3 different stores* because none of them sold any or they were out (꒦ິ꒳꒦ີ) and because of this, i couldn't get any food bc i would be *late*! so i rushed over... only to be **too late**! xc at least they have some for next time now cx i'm the maid of honor in my friend's wedding, and we have a whole group of brides maids! it was really nice to sit down and chat with my friends that i haven't seen in a while. we all ended up going onto pokemon go bc it was go fest! LOL. we played a few games like "bride or groom" and guessed things like "who kissed who first" and "who takes longer showers"! we also played one where we guess which the bride liked more, like "coffee or tea", "dogs or cats", and "staying in or going out". i, **of course** completely aced it!!! (≧◡≦) the winners of the games got some honey wine (mead), and i'm **super** excited to try it because i've never tried mead before!!! (⌒▽⌒)☆ it's so awesome to watch the two people i love getting ready for their wedding (which is super close!!!) they're two of my best friends and i'm sososo happy for them! they've been together for 7 years, and it's amazing that they're *finally* getting married! i even got to see her try on her wedding dress for the first time!!! she looked like a princess c': all of this kind of just gets me excited for life, ya know? knowing your friends are going to have such a happy future together gives you lots of hope for things. i can't wait to see what their future brings them and all of us 💖 -Lotus 🌺
