Added 2023-09-20 04:03:25 +0000 UTCA bit of a bodyyy update. Not as much gains as I'd like but I've actually put on 10 pounds which I'm pretty proud of myself with c: it feels obvious to me but I've always had the same sort of build so maybe it's not as obvious yet
