i've had this idea for a while and i finally decided to film it! in this clip, i am constantly inflating while trying to do yoga. i haven't practiced yoga in years, so i'm a bit out of practice. add on top of that a huge gassy belly, and i was seriously struggling...
I grunt around as I try to move, i'm constantly out of breath from how much extra effort it takes to move, and i had to take frequent pauses when my belly felt too tight to release some of the air.
I swallow some air as well towards the end and let out some insane burps... 😉 all of the different poses allowed air to move around in my belly, it felt so gurgly and loud at some points.
