CONTINUED About me: I am a type A person. My OCD is out of control and having a new baby who doesn't want to have a schedule throws me for a loop. I often have to remind myself that it's ok not to be perfect and to just enjoy the time I can with my little one, because it won't be this little for long. I am an introvert, who can be extroverted when need be. I am a major homebody, I just think the world is full of idiots and life is safer in the comfort of my home. I have been a bookworm since I was a child, but haven't read enough recently. I need to get back into it. My favorite authors are: Nicholas Sparks (for my tragic romance,) Dan Brown (for my "fictional" conspiracy theories,) and Chuck Palahniuk (for my all out fucked up brain.) If that doesn't tell you a little more about the type of person I am...I don't know what else will. Oddly, I love to cook and clean. I grew up in an Asian American household where gender roles were highly present. Although my family pushed me to be college educated, my family also stressed traditional gender roles. I do NOT regret that I was raised this way. I am a highly educated and successful individual, who would just love to be present while my child grows up...nothing wrong with that right? Look at all the stories on the news about children getting harmed by daycare workers and babysitters. My primary love language is: quality time and acts of service Most medical professionals loathe watching medical dramas. I watch a ton and just laugh at the inconsistencies of real life practice. My favorite flower is a sunflower. It just brings so much joy and brightness in the world. I am not a girly girl. I do not do my nails (due to my profession and the thought of bacteria under my nails...makes me cringe.) I will do my toes occasionally. I have grew up with a natural beauty mother and all boys. I barely know how to put on makeup, and I don't really intend to learn how to. I used to indoor boulder a lot, but I hurt my ankle. I hope to get back into it. I am a big foodie.
