Mental health is something that I ignored for a long time and you always gotta put yourself first in situations like this. I have been and still working on getting myself out of what I would say was the most sad / depressed times of my life. I let it effect me friendships / relationships/ work. But I am okay I’m doing better and I hope I continue to grow.
