And here is my promised present for my birthday to you boys! What is the best part of the day for you? For me it's definitely working out. I am lucky to have a gym in my condo, so I go there every morning to help me wake up (trust me, it works better than coffee) and keep me in focused, positive and energetic state throughout the day 🤠

I consider myself an experienced lifter (lol), but I remember how hard it was for me to start going to the gym in the beginning not knowing the exercise form.. It's a regular day in the gym, but I notice something weird.. Someone is definitely looking at me. What is this creep going to do? There is noone to help me.. Or maybe I don't even need help? 🍑 Haha
