Ive been in contemplation about a lot of things in my life these past few months.

Who am I in relationship?
Who am I when I’m on my own?
How can I know myself more deeply, enjoy my own company more?
Do I really, truly like myself.. love myself?
What are my boundaries?
How do I create a life I’m proud of?
What unresolved childhood trauma do I re-enact when I am feeling triggered?
In all honesty, I noticed how unhappy i have been. Covering it up just magnified what I've been avoiding. It’s in no way easy.. but I decided I’m taking the route to sit with these uncomfortable questions and not bury them in unhealthy coping mechanisms or toxic friendships/relationships.
I don’t want to wake up in 10, 20, or 30 years and realize that i have been living someone else’s life. Or not be f***ing proud and amazed at the life i have created.
Anyways.. i just wanted to let you know why I’ve been a little absent lately. You know.. just dealing with this thing called life 🤪
