Added 2024-03-19 09:54:00 +0000 UTCWeight is coming down , probably more so water, but somebody fat as well , the process is that some water will come off the muscle will be coming a little less full, but the body fat will be coming off over the next 8 1/2 weeks and then right before the show comes I’ll eat up a little bit to fill the muscle up and should be able to bring a really good package . Now I will do a high calorie meal probably a couple times
