However to make it feel good and use it to transition between wheel and handstand, it has taken me years and years and hours of hours of practice. From a picture it looks simple and looks easy. However in reality it is a lifestyle choice that I made to show up every day and learn and grow. From rest days, through to my nutrition and training days. Even in my ordinary days finding time and space to make time for me and my training. Ive loved sharing my art shoots with you all of my movements via photography here and I love sharing my practices in video format on P@treon.
