

***Plateau:*** Besides the fact I decided to eat a bunch of cereal, even though I'm lactose intolerant. I feel pretty good, the biggest issue is that I've seemed to hit a wall when it comes to my weight loss progress. And at times I get bloated now that I had to go from Carnivore back to Keto. Because meat went up again, like everything else. I think it's going to require turning up my workouts a notch and I'm glad I discovered quite a few pages and YouTube channels that post some great at-home work out routines. Besides that the only thing I want to grow is my dick, which definitely seems to be on the right path. New video will be up soon when I have free time at work to edit it.
