***I CAN'T GET UNDER 310!*** Right now I'm fasting from 6 pm yesterday to 6 pm today, then working out before eating. I don't understand why I can't get through this plateau and break the 299 lbs mark. Once I'm thin I will be HUGE. And that's becoming my main focus, as well as better health. At this point, I'm not even worried about big muscles so I've resorted to anaerobic exercises and bodyweight exercises like more push-ups. I really want to see what I can accomplish before the end of January, but my goodness this is getting frustrating!
