Added 2022-06-26 20:05:34 +0000 UTCPSA: SAFE WORDS During sexting sessions, particularly those involving kink, but also in general for every session, I use the traffic light system. For those who are not familiar, here is a run down: Green 🟢 = everything is good, you’re enjoying what’s happening, and are okay with increasing the intensity even. Often used with check ins like asking “what’s your colour ?”. Yellow 🟡 = pause. You need a break, or to lessen the intensity of the scene, but still want to continue after a break / dip in intensity. If there is something specific you need to change rather than the general intensity, you’ll need to communicate it, e.g. “‘maybe just a little less degradation. If/when I’m ready for more, I’ll let you know”. Red 🔴 = Stop the scene immediately. You’ve reached a limit or are not comfortable continuing the scene/session. We can either discuss what happened immediately, or later on, or at a later date. Or not at all if you prefer, until we’re in another session, at which point if you discovered a limit, I would need to know that limit.
