

My daily routine of working out, stretching, jogging, eating healthy😅..... muscle soreness when I fall asleep... but you know, I like it💓. I know why I do it all - I've tried spending the day just lying in bed, surfing the internet, watching funny videos, but it's so boring😪 - it's so much nicer to live actively, breathe fully and feel really alive. What drives you? What inspires you to do new things😇?
