Just so you guys know, I went from 215-206 in ab 10 days, but that number is a lot of water retention. Fat doesn't burn thar quick, a pound of fat is ab 3500 calories worth of fuel you'd have to burn in EXCESS. It takes a lot of time, but u have to be consistent, and is why the calorie counting is almost essential. I've posted videos on it, im going to try and post more diet hacks and stuff (it's hard bc I eat like a dog usually)
