With the increase of fans I can no longer guarantee a 48 turn around. A mistake on my part was made recently when I let a request slip my mind and took the weekend off. Refund was issued as I would never intentionally take someone's money without delivering a service. It's unfortunate this happened but I prefer to be transparent in my reasoning for why this change has occurred. While it does not always take as long as stated, this at the very least gives me a time frame I can work with.
