

Hey, everybody! I want to talk to you guys for a bit and maybe even get some support or advice from you.
I didn't go to the gym for the whole month of September due to illness and yesterday was my first workout in a long time. Yesterday was leg and glute day. But during and after the workout I didn't feel that burning and tension in my muscles (especially in my glutes) that usually let me know that the workout was a success. Today my muscles are sore, but mostly just my legs. I'm still frustrated, maybe I'm getting myself worked up or maybe I'm doing something wrong. 😅
