I finally got back into my rhythm (in previous posts I wrote that for a long time did not attend the gym because of illness, etc.) At first it was difficult to force myself to go to training, I wanted to sit at home all the time. But now I kind of developed a habit and do not miss training and feel great ❤️ By the way about the disease, a little problem of mine came back (I went off the diet and did not take medication) but now I take myself again and believe in myself that I can cope with it and also quit bad habits ❤️ I also hope for your support 🥺❤️
