I want to share with you one of my favorite arm exercises that helps to make my arms look tighter and more beautiful. ð
We are talking about the French press with dumbbells! ðïļââïļ This exercise helps work your triceps perfectly, and here's how I do it:
1. Get dumbbells of a weight you are comfortable with. You can start with something lighter to get used to the technique. ðïļââïļ
2. Lie on a bench with the dumbbells in your outstretched arms above your head. ðïļð
3. Slowly bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells behind your head, being careful not to spread your arms apart. ðŠ
4. Return to the starting position with your arms fully straightened. Repeat 12-15 times per approach, do 3 approaches. ð
Remember, it's important to perform the exercises with proper technique to avoid injury and maximize the effect. â ðĨ°
