

This week I split my workouts into Push/Pull/Legs
Today is Push day:
Warm up:
Incline treadmill
I also warm up with lower weights in the first exercises.
Bench Press
Incline DB Press
Pec deck chest fly’s
Shoulder lateral raises
Reverse pec deck
Tricep rope pushdown
Skullcrushers
Stretch & foam roll
This takes me around an hour at the gym.
