Stretching before League Games. We’ve started a fitness regiment revolving around our League of Legends games!
1. Stretches and water before every game
2. If I win, I do 15 squats & 10 sit-ups.
3. If I lose, 20 squats & 12 sit-ups.

This is gonna be great because it’s really going to motivate me to work harder on my physical fitness, something I used to worry about a lot but have slacked off of in the last couple months.
