This week I have had some tremendous clarity on who I am and how I want to serve the world. The knowing comes from a deep place of wellness, self-love, and integrity.
My Kundalini Yoga practice is 16+ years old and an essential part of my journey and so it will always be. Sharing my Kundalini Yoga practice for the last two years has been an experiment, a wild journey, and as challenging as it has be enlightening.
Having made over 800 free Kundalini Yoga lessons, over 100 more Kundalini Yoga lessons behind a paywall, and dozens of other uplifting videos is my accomplishment worth bragging. A handful of viewers report transformations and gains in their wellness. Those people who face the world with an open heart and then do the work are exactly who I want to align with...but not as a yoga instructor.
I've been remembering how my interest and gift has always been to create communities. I've hosted free community events for years locally but had to break from that when I lived with COVID long hauler symptoms. Now, as my health has improved, I'm stepping back into that power. I want to align with and lead local people who are ready to link arms with me and work.
In order to do that, I have to release my public-facing Kundalini Yoga work. So please take the last few weeks of 2024 to relish in my content.
