At first, I thought nothing much happens in astronomy, but wow, thereโs always something new going on!! ๐
Before I came to Argentina, I only saw a partial solar eclipse once โ the moon covered like 20% of the sun. And I was so excited about that!๐ But now, I found out there was gonna be an annular eclipse here!! And I wanted to catch it!!! ๐ญ Even though Iโd only get 60% coverage in my city, thatโs way better than anything Iโve seen before!!
...And guess what? I missed it ๐๐ญ๐ญ I was SO FUCKING DISAPPOINTED!! Like seriously, I waited for this moment for so much, and it just slipped through my fingers... ๐ฅ I even set a reminder, but somehow it didnโt help. Ugh, I felt like throwing my phone out the window...
I cried so much that day ๐ฅ It felt like everything went wrong at once, and I couldnโt stop thinking about what I missed... I know it sounds silly, but I really wanted that moment. Like, just once I wanted everything to go perfectly...
But Iโve got a new mission now - hunting down a comet you can spot at sunset all October long! I swear I wonโt miss it this time โ๏ธ
