But seriously...for the past few years, I've been in chronic pain with sciatica and scoliosis, causing me to have a limp and awful range of motion.
I'm now deciding to take care of myself and get the help I need to get my body better!
Please stay with me through this time as I try more positions, riding and stretching to help🥺
I wanna show and do more than 1 or 2 positions so look forward to that!😁😘
