LOL. We have this sort of unwritten rule that neither of us wants the other to have sex if they aren't feeling like it. No obligatory sex. We're usually both pretty horny but sometimes things like work or various life stressors can cause mental distractions and things like that. So, we just communicate and then sometimes help the other person get off if they are really horny...so they aren't suffering LOL.
