The abs are not just about a flat tummy, but also about self-confidence 😏 I love to train this area, and I already have my favorites among the exercises that give cool results:

1️⃣ Plank. It's a classic. A simple but effective exercise that helps strengthen the entire torso.

2️⃣ Curls. For me, these are a must for an abs workout. I love them for being a great way to work the muscles and get results quickly.

3️⃣ Bicycle. This exercise makes me sweat, but it's worth it. Not only does it work out your abs, but it also engages your oblique muscles .
