





Happy Thursday my loves! A question I receive often on social media is: how are you ALWAYS so happy? That makes me smile every time because I am not happy every second of my life! Who is, haha, seriously?? I have many, many feelings, and they aren't always of the highest vibration. But what I do indeed, when I feel low and heavy is that I simply allow myself to feel whatever I am feeling, without judging myself for it. Without creating an entire story about it, you know? Sometimes I just feel like crying a whole day, without an apparent reason. And... I just do it! The magical thing about allowing your emotions to flow is that if I stop "thinking" and judging myself for having them, the body tells me exactly what to do to feel better. So I cried and laughed, then I danced, I cried again, then I punched my emotions into the ground, allowing THEM to leave my body and go back to the Earth and release. After this I felt lighter, more centered and focused on what I really want to do, like for example to smile from the core of my being. I shot these as an expression of my emotions. I know these look messy, but I promised myself & you more authenticity, and here it is! This is what being a NORMAL human looks like, and I feel privileged to be able to share these intimate moments with you! I hope they inspire you to be kind to yourself, and to know that beauty can come from pain, if we let it! You'll see in the next posts the proof! :) Much, much love to you!
