There were moments while working on my upcoming album, 'The Audio Shock Therapist', that I asked myself "Why do I even do this? What even is the point?", moments when I felt utterly defeated, crushed by what often felt like the cruel nature of circumstance. But through the thick of it all, through the many heavy thoughts that swirled around in my brain, I held on to something, something that gave me the strength to keep showing up, to keep fighting for what I believe in... hope.
