








Glorious BOOTY postπππ I've been doing fried eggs and mashed avocado toast lately to keep my protein and fat intake up. I season with curry powder or turmeric on top of my usual blend to give it a deeper orange color because I think it looks and tastes great . Sometimes I put flaxseed and chia on it too if I'm feeling like I need even more protein and fiber if I'm going for long periods between meals on some days.
