a few people asked which apps I use for working out / maintaining my e-girl shape 🏋‍♀️ here's some with easy guided exercises that only take a few minutes a day, you can also use weights or resistance bands to increase intensity. the alarm app is what I use daily to help me wake up; it makes you complete a task to turn off the alarm sound, I set mine so I have to get up & scan a barcode on something in my bathroom
