I use Gel Manicure Nail Polish so my nail beds can stay strong and grow plus I avoid using acrylic nails. A huge help to proper nail health is staying on top of your B vitamins like Biotin, B-Complex and B-17. You can also take Iron and Magnesium to increase your nail strength. What do you prefer natural nails or acrylic/gel extensions?
