



Hey everyone! 🌧️ The rainy season has came in, and last night's storm was something else – thunder so loud it felt like the house was shaking. Even though it's my rest day, getting out of bed and heading to the gym was a struggle. But with my trusty raincoat on, I braved the weather for a 30-minute stepper session. Result? I was soaking wet! 😅 Followed it up with 6 different shoulder exercises, each arm carrying 2 kg weights just to get that energy flowing. It's not always easy, but every drop of sweat feels like a victory. 💪 How's your day going ?
