

hi new friends! the lockdown was messy for me because there was nothing else to do except eat, sleep, netflix and chill and repeat for over a year. never in my life have i gained this much weight (last photo) i’ve always been a slim girl. although i believe all body types are beautiful, i do understand how important health is physically and mentally. it goes hand in hand. my fitness journey isn’t over though. i have ways to go and i’m still learning. i’m not a professional and i’m not claiming to be, but i do want to share some of the workout routines i’ve done to get myself here. i decided to share my fitness content on my onlyfans ✨ give my page a follow to check it out my future posts :)
