

I would like to share with you my morning routine that helps me start the day productive and energetic!
Every morning I start with a cup of green tea and some light stretching. 🍵🧘♀️ Then I plan my day so I know what tasks I have to complete📅✅ I don't forget breakfast: I cook something healthy and tasty to give me energy🍳 Then I take time to meditate to put myself in a positive frame of mind. 🌸✨ How do you start your day?
