Most of you answered with better body care and thats what I'm gonna do for you as I LOVE LOVE LOVE health and fitness, whether it's physical or mental. Let's start with the BODY ;p PRO TIP: Having a set sleeping schedule greatly improves mood and productivity during the day. Before you go to bed, turn off the TV, get off of your phone 30 minutes prior to hitting those sheets. As you lay in bed, think of 3 things that made you happy that day, 3 things you're grateful for, and 3 things you want to improve on for the next day. Then Sleep on it! Challenge yourself this week and try it for 7 days in a row!!!
