After April 2023 , I went off meds (I was on total for 3 years ) because I lost my insurance, and I had to take break. I tell you guys this because I know a lot of you have asked where I went. I went AWAY. But during this time I was in so much therapy I just wanted to feel okay and I didn't know who I was, and denied myself :(
