Hi, my name is Mary and I’m in desperate need of help for my beloved family Doberman, Optimus. Optimus is the most loyal, loving, funny, smart and emotional being I’ve ever encountered. He is also a certified Emotional Support Pet! Not only is he all of those things 1 million times over, but he’s also mischievous and got himself into a lot of trouble. He has a habit of being a sneaky garbage picker and has ingested some sort of foreign body which is now stuck in his GI tract, and is threatening his life.
As I sit here, on this beautiful Easter Sunday, with tears streaming down my face, Im asking for help. At this time, my family of 5 cannot afford the cost of surgery, as it is $3,000+. Times are hard for many people right now, more so than not so I’m actually very embarrassed to be putting my hand out so publicly. But the sadness that overwhelms me at the thought of loosing Optimus is greater than my need of & sense of pride. I truly cannot wrap my heart around life without him.
He is to be treated on Wilson’s Veterinary Hospital in Romeo, Michigan, in the event anyone wanted to verify or donate directly to them, just ask for Optimus Aragona.
